1. Age Requirement (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SpillHere. By accepting these terms or downloading the app, you confirm that you meet this strict age requirement.

2. Zero Tolerance UGC Policy

SpillHere enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against hate speech, harassment, stalking, bullying, or the distribution of illegal or sexually explicit material. Violating users are permanently subject to device-level and cloud-assisted bans.

3. Instant Blocking & Reporting

You have full autonomy to block and report any user directly from their profile or active chat session. Blocked users are immediately silenced and restricted from viewing your profile on the radar or sending you messages.

4. Platform Abuse & Etiquette

Users agree not to deploy automated flood scripts, spam behaviors, or packet manipulation designed to disrupt the radar or chat experiences of other nearby users.

5. Real-World Safety

SpillHere facilitates connections with nearby strangers. You agree to prioritize your physical safety. Any face-to-face meeting prompted by SpillHere must happen in a public, visible location. We do not run background checks or vet user identities.

The service is provided "as-is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of SpillHere are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, interactions, or incidents arising from your use of the platform. You use SpillHere entirely at your own risk.
